We are looking for a Product Realisation Project Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and manufacturing of innovative products, including brand quality upgrades, product maintenance, regulatory labelling changes, strategic supply chain, and cost-saving initiatives. Being based in either our Amsterdam, Warsaw, Radom, Tarnowo or Bristol office - This integral Product Realisation Project Manager role involves accountability for the planning and execution of all realisation activities from sourcing to delivery in markets through the Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) process. Principal Accountabilities

• Supporting the planning and delivery of all innovation projects realisation activities through the Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) process
• Co-author/own the Global Supply Chain (GSC) ‘Realisation’ plan, working closely with the Project Lead and PMO
• Collaborating with a team of Subject Matter Experts to plan and deliver assigned project deliverables, whilst supporting Development and Marketing ‘Expert Leads’ to ensure interdependencies between ‘Expert Plans’ are fully considered
• Champions Project Management principles, best practices, and governance whilst facilitating kick-off meetings to establish scope of work, project realisation team, deliverables, timing, and budget
• Collaborating with the realisation team to ensure delivery is on time and on cost of activities within functions such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Compliance, R&D, Supply Chain, Group Science and Procurement
• Acts as a main point of contact and coordinates the GSC inputs for all stage gate documentation start to final project review ensuring correct representation of technical, quality, time and cost considerations. Additionally, communicate the progress of the ‘Realisation‘ plan to relevant functional management and GSC forums, ensuring tracking and accuracy of reporting (deliverables, budget, risk log, etc.) is on point

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent expertise in Project Management and managing projects through a Stage Gate process
• Fluent in business level English (verbal and written)
• Providing clear direction, delivering concise messaging, driving/ optimising results, and implementing solutions
• Expert in building personal connections, manage and influence stakeholders across different levels and multiple functions
• Confident in challenging verbally, face to face whilst being comfortable with change
• Willingness to travel
