Dior Decupper, General Manager DACH Cluster and Spokesperson of the Board of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH, has extensive management experience in various country markets of Reemtsma's parent company Imperial Brands PLC, including as General Manager for France and the Benelux countries, as Managing Director for the Canaries & Gibraltar region and as Marketing and Sales Manager in Senegal. Having gained extensive experience in the international food industry, she has held several prominent positions, most recently serving as Group Chief Executive at The Meatless Farm. Prior to that, she was the Cluster Managing Director for the Netherlands, France, and Belgium, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Upfield.

Since February 2023, Dior Decupper has been General Manager at Reemtsma, responsible for the country clusters Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Dior Decupper is recognised as an internationally experienced business leader with a very strong consumer focus and a profound understanding of consumers in various consumer goods categories. She holds international degrees from the George Washington University School of Business and Columbia Business School.

Rémi Guillon has been responsible for the end-to-end supply chain at Reemtsma as Director Planning & Supply since July 2021. When he joined Reemtsma's parent company Imperial Brands PLC, he also assumed responsibility for the core area of Supply Chain as a member of the Reemtsma Board of Directors.
Prior to this, Rémi Guillon was most recently Vice President Global S&OP and Planning Capabilities, responsible for the successful end-to-end supply chain transformation of US perfume manufacturer Coty. From 2005 to 2017, he worked in various functions in Operations, Planning and Supply Chain at Procter & Gamble. Rémi Guillon can thus look back on a total of 16 years of professional experience in the international consumer goods environment, nine of which in Supply Chain and seven in Manufacturing.
Rémi Guillon holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Lyon, France.

Florian Osterloh is responsible for the Human Resources department as People & Culture Director Germany & Cluster DACH and has been a member of the board of directors of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH since the end of 2022. He thus performs the combined role of Labour Director for Germany as well as Human Resources Manager for the entire cluster.

Florian Osterloh has extensive experience in national and international HR and project management as well as in change management. Before joining Reemtsma, he was most recently Head of HR Management in the real estate sector, responsible for around 2,200 employees. Prior to that, he spent approximately 13 years in various national and international leadership positions in HR management for the luxury goods group Richemont and 3.5 years at the strategy consultancy Porsche Consulting, where he successfully managed various projects on the topics of HR strategy, reorganisation and transformation.

Florian Osterloh studied Economics and European studies in Germany and Spain.

As Finance Director Cluster DACH, Inna Napolskaya is responsible for the area of finance for the country markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She has been a member of the Management Board of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH since 1 July 2023.

Inna Napolskaya looks back on more than 25 years of experience from various leadership roles within the global consumer goods industry. Since 1999, she has worked in various locations within Reemtsma's parent company Imperial Brands PLC in the areas of finance and controlling, including from 2011 to 2018 as Finance Director and at times Managing Director for several country companies in the Balkan and Adriatic regions.

Since 2018, she has been working in the DACH cluster and is therefore particularly familiar with the country organisations in Germany and Austria.

As Supply Chain Director AAA of Reemtsma's parent company Imperial Brands PLC, Jared Wiener has been responsible for the operation of 20 production sites worldwide in the Africa, Asia & Australasia region since April 2019. He was appointed to the Management Board of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH on 1 July 2021.
Jared Wiener has worked for Reemtsma and Imperial Tobacco and Imperial Brands for over 20 years. He began his career in Manufacturing & Supply Chain in January 2000 as Product Development Engineer and rose to Director Product Development & Quality by 2012. From 2016 to 2018, Jared Wiener was Managing Director responsible for the successful transformation of Imperial Brands' business in Austria and Switzerland, before taking over as Operations Director Cigars & Asia Pacific, responsible for nine Imperial production sites with around 8,500 employees.
