An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international team delivering ServiceNow and Technology solutions to Global IT and the wider business.
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for defining high level, and detailed solution designs and options for our ServiceNow platform in conjunction with the ServiceNow Product owner, Platform Lead and SMEs in support of strategic business initiatives / projects and smaller business driven projects ensuring that they adhere to key business strategic goals.
They will also be instrumental in the investigation and research into the use of new modules and functionality within the ServiceNow platform and lead proofs of concept, taking a hands-on approach, to demonstrate the value of these new technologies and contributing towards sound business case in order to support the procurement process.
The Solution Architect Service Now role is a key member of the Global Solution Delivery (P&C Technology team) and will report to the P&C Technology Lead.
