The Role

Are you looking to progress your administration and analytical skills further within a inclusive, innovative global FMCG business? 

Imperial Brands are currently recruiting for a Senior Governance Administrator to come and join our Group Legal Compliance team.

You will be accountable for managing processes which support the Group’s governance framework, in order to allow the business, and its people, to operate within accepted, agreed and appropriate parameters, and for providing administrative support to processes for mitigating behavioral risk. You will work closely with the Governance Manager, Head of Legal Governance and many key stakeholders throughout the business giving you a great opportunity to develop relationships further.

Please note: We offer hybrid working with two days per week in our Bristol office and three days per week working from home.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ownership and management of Workday Learning (LMS) processes for mandatory e-learning, including: Review existing suite of mandatory learning, edit course amendments from Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), maintain user data, and provide solutions to queries received via Team Mailbox. 

  • Run routine Work day reports, providing insight for colleagues into completion rates and trends.
  • Administration of the Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct, including: Collate revision requests, carry out minor revisions of code versions (languages and Intranet / Web), administer translation process and maintaining document and version control.

  • Ownership and management of Gifts & Entertainment (G&E) Register, including: Run and distribute regular reports, maintain database of Q&As, provide solutions to queries. and apply necessary updates to G&E Guidelines, in line with control documents.

  • Provide solutions to queries received via Team Mailbox including but not restricted to Learning Audience edits and Consultancy requirements.

  • Liaise with and provide support to local administrators of Code of Conduct and G&E Registers, Group Internal Audit, and internal teams.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

  • Previous experience within a Senior Administrator role
  • Excellent database and Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proven experience of running reports and presenting to senior managers
  • Willingness to further develop knowledge and skills, including in the area of behavioral risk
  • Ability to manage key relationships with business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Workday / Workday Learn would be an advantage
