For our Global Supply Chain Strategy team, we are looking for a GSC Risk and Crisis Manager (m/f/d)! This job can be done from the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland or the Netherlands.
The GSC Risk & Crisis Manager will be the key interface within Global Supply Chain (GSC) responsible for risk management. The role will work closely with the Group Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) business partners. It will ensure that GSC risks are mitigated in an effective and consistent manner with the control framework. This role requires ongoing interactions with GSC functions to facilitate, or if needed also lead initiatives, within risk identification, assessment, mitigation creation as well as risk monitoring. Regular communication to relevant GSC Leadership Teams and/or Group functions is part of this role. Furthermore, this role should effectively support GSC functions with their business continuity, crisis and disaster recovery management by improving/rolling out standards, consultancy services and/or taking the lead of certain related initiatives/projects. Working together with the GRC function, this role will be responsible for setting standards across the business and facilitate risk management from a global perspective. GSC has specific risk exposure, complexity and so requires a dedicated risk capability. The GSC Risk & Crisis Manager can and should be an active part of the wider Group Risk Management Framework, collaborating closely with the Group GRC function in shaping and implementing the required risk management processes within GSC.
