We are looking for an individual with a passion for digital data and analytics, continuous improvement and an advocate of data driven Insights.
In this newly created role, you will join our global TA team, and be responsible for talent acquisition data and intelligence globally. You will collect, report, and provide insights, recommendations and solutions based on your data analysis and insights. This role will help lead the way in using data to develop new reporting processes and identify ways to drive continuous improvement in the TA Function.
