The Role

Location: Madrid (Hybrid)- Temporal (1 year)

The purpose of this opening is for a graduate to support and take over on various tasks covering the central teams’ A&P (advertising and promotion) budgets (c£5m) with focus on Sales & Marketing Operations, Insights & Intelligence, Corporate & Legal Affairs, Demand Planning and Regional ad hoc requests.

In addition, this person will look after central accrual releases, will be the main point of contact with the IBM shared service team on budget topics covering Regional and central budgets while supporting on system requests, Group Control Matrix and running reports among others.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepayment allocation
• Monthly budget update on IBM templates
• Run weekly sales report for the sales team
• Update IFRS15 A&P report
• Manage the A&P’s and Overheads approval flow
• Support IBM on ad hoc requests
• Create new vendors in BPIS system
• Support in Group Control Matrix checks
• Manage accrual releases and track them to ensure optimal control.

By being exposed to this role this person will gain Central Finance knowledge in various aspects of the business from central budget management and supporting in delivering A&P and Overhead lines of the P&L to system management and finance compliance matrix. In addition will gain experience on stakeholder management while being exposed to a truly global business.
