The Cluster Insight Analyst position within Imperial's Global Insight function and Global Duty Free business, creates actionable insights within the Cluster team. Generally working with Consumer insights or Sales & Trade insights (or a combination), this role will deliver insights data and analysis across markets to meet stakeholders' insight requirements and in accordance with best practice standards and processes.
Imperial Brands is currently undergoing a strategic transformation to become a consumer-centric organisation and the new Global Insight function will be a crucial driving force behind this change, placing consumer preferences and demands at the centre of commercial decision making in order to gain competitive advantage.
This objective of this role is to deliver actionable, commercially-sound recommendations to inform and influence business decision-making within the Cluster. They will take responsibility for delivering insights related to key business processes such as: business planning, performance management, forecasting & brand insights and sales & trade performance reviews, tactical pricing, trade insights and evaluation.
To do this, requires a deep understanding of the commercial, consumer and regulatory realities within each market in the assigned cluster, and an expert knowledge of relevant insight techniques, to ensure recommendations are grounded in consumer fact.
