The Role

Responsible for Procurement End to End Systems, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the development of the technology roadmap, the design, deployment and adoption of the identified systems and solutions required to facilitate, undertake, and drive efficiencies through the end-to-end procurement process.

Key to the role will be to support in the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of S2P processes and tools ensuring one version of the truth and that the projected spend is appropriately managed and controlled.

Principle Accountabilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Procurement systems strategy & roadmap
• Responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the procurement systems 
• The role includes responsibility for the following: Demand Management, Supplier portal, e-Sourcing, Contract Management, Performance Management, Guided Buying, Spend analytics, SRM & Risk Management applications.
• Champion the e-enablement of our supply chain
• Accountable for defining and implementing an effective Source to Contract license strategy and user education strategy, delivering effective training to procurement teams (circa 140 people) and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Procurements internal & external service providers ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved 
• Work closely with our service providers 
• Applying in-depth subject matter knowledge, own the development and implementation of a system enhancement roadmap, ensuring that changes are specified effectively, and that any development is tested thoroughly and implemented seamlessly with no adverse business impact

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in procurement systems management and deployment, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba preferably
• Experience in researching solutions and building technology roadmap for Procurement
• Experience in planning, organizing, and managing programs and multiple projects
• Project Management certified preferable
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong database and data manipulation abilities
• Fluency in English
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• A high level of adaptability in dealing with stakeholders on varied levels
