THE ROLE

In this new and interesting opportunity at At ALTADIS-Imperial Brands we will take you on a transformational journey, where you will utilise your accounting expertise combined with strong people leadership skills. You will also provide support and assistance to Head of Accounting to perform locally retained activities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Point of escalation regarding Purchase to Pay (PTP); Order to Cash (OTC) & Fixed Assets (FA) issues: Complex AP & AR query management & resolution (local organization and business knowledge) and team management.
• Finance Shared Services Management (IBM)
• Payroll issues management with impact in finance
• Period end closing review
• Support to External and Internal Audit

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or equivalent)
• Spanish speaker with English communication skills at B2 level
• Results oriented and leadership
• Innovation and continuous improvement
• Team-work and cooperation
• Flexibility and change adaptation
• Focus on internal customer and business partnering
