The Role
To provide specialist advice in support of the Product Stewardship assessment and understanding the use of ingredients and materials of interest to IMB, across combustible and NGP Portfolio. To support the Pre-Market Stewardship Manager by taking responsibility for coordinating day-to-day aspects of the PS Toxicologists work and lead a small team to deliver assessment outcomes. Provide a proactive contribution to the future of toxicological assessments by continuously improving internal processes in line with best practices and create proposals that meet the future business need in a time and cost-effective manner. To advocate our approaches, internally and externally, promoting our company’s Duty of Care, including representing the company externally where required. Be a company expert on best practices and approaches to enable future innovations and provide technical mentorship and coaching to other members of the team.
