A great opportunity has become available for a Reward & Performance Manager to join our global reward team. The successful individual will be part of a collaborative team that will support the Head of Performance and Reward deliver the global strategy. You will lead reward and performance projects including core cyclical reward activity such as the annual performance, salary, and bonus review. We are looking for someone with energy, knowledge and technical expertise who can build high quality Performance and Reward frameworks that deliver continuous improvement.
