As part of Global Solution Delivery, you will be responsible for delivery of the technology and data components of the C Fin finance transformation programme, whose aim is to create and integrated, business sled finance function centred around actional insight, strong stewardship and business partnering to drive sustainable value. The programme is implementing the C Fin module of SAP S/4HANA. The programme has just been given financial approval, and therefore this is an opportunity to take it through the complete project lifecycle, working at pace to initiate, mobilise and deliver. We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of transitioning complex organisations onto S/4HANA, working with a ‘big 4’ Consultancy firm who have been selected as our delivery partner for the programme.
Key Responsibilities• Act in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders and members of programme teams and the organisation• Selecting, developing and managing teams• Identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups• Empowering and inspiring others to successfully deliver the programme• Identifying and monitoring programme risks, planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect programmes• Maintaining governance arrangements for the delivery of the programme, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities where appropriate, that align with organisational practice• Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests• Determining the best means of satisfying requirements within the context of programme objectives and constraints• Securing the provision of resources needed for programmes from internal and/or external providers• Plan, manage, oversee and report progress on the execution of the programme.
Skills & experience
Skills & Experience• Essential – demonstrable experience in managing the transition of a complex FMCG company onto SAP S/4HANA including the C Fin capability• Proven track record in managing the delivery of complex, cross-functional and cross-geography IT programmes over differing time zones.• A track record of driving business change as part of IT programme delivery with a demonstrated ability to assess evidence and make decisions that successfully drive project progress.
