The P&C Operations Advisor will be administering HR transactions, working closely with business partners in a region, servicing key business stakeholders (in more than one location). As a key member of the team, the primary responsibility will be to administer a high quality and consistent service to Business Partners (P&C business partners), People Managers, Employees, Payroll and third parties in an efficient, timely and customer focused way. The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running as the P&C team establish new ways of working during a period of change within P&C. The P&C Operations Advisor will use Imperial Brands’ HRIS (HR Information System) to enter and obtain information, as well as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool to log and track their work to ensure adherence to service level standards and to monitor process efficiencies. Part of the role may involve reporting and analysing information from our systems. The P&C Operations Advisor will support the P&C Operations Team Leader to roll out the Workday optimization model to the P&C team, Employees and People Leaders. The Operations Advisor will demonstrate how to provide knowledge and ideas to challenge existing processes and streamline ways of working.
