The Role

The role holder works closely with the Regional P&C Director - AAACE and the AAACE Region P&C Directors, and is responsible for developing and executing strategic and special projects for the P&C, AAACE Region area, representing the AAACE Region BP team in planning and coordinating interfaces with Global Function P&C teams and P&C COEs.

The role holder has a broad understanding of the AAACE Region BP remit, P&C performance annual processes and key strategic P&C initiatives from our COEs.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Co-create and influence Global P&C projects by playing a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and delivery of the project.
  • Partnering with the AAACE Region clusters / markets developing and implementing a AAACE Region people strategy that is fully aligned to the long-term business plan as well as the ITG business strategy
  • Support the Regional P&C Director AAACE with monthly business planning preparation
  • Support and brief the AAACE P&C Directors on new initiatives and key topics.
  • Work closely with Matrix P&C Colleagues to deliver the Op Model ways of working
  • Leading & driving talent & succession for Sales & Trade ensuring appropriate development plans addressing actual and future organisational needs are in place
  • Ensuring implementation of global policies, processes, and governance standards across all people processes
  • Improving P&C effectiveness and efficiency due to best practice sharing and regular communication with all key stakeholders.
  • Driving a sustainable culture within Cluster/Country/function that is in-line with our global People & Planet strategies and our behaviours.
  • Work closely with the Regional P&C Business Partner ACE to ensure regional plans are aligned as and when required
  • Acting as the local P&C BP for the AAACE Sales & Trade Team.

Principal Accountabilities

This role supports the Regional P&C Director, AAACE Region and AAACE Region P&C Directors by:

  • Having a good level of understanding of the P&C annual processes and ongoing initiatives
  • Acts a liaison point with COEs and Regional and Cluster colleagues, representing AAACE Region BP team
  • Working with and attending Global COEs meetings / webinars to be able to ensure development of a consistent format for cascading initiatives, information, updates
  • Lead and implement project and plan for the AAACE Region activities (Transformation, Change, OD, Continuous improvement, Capabilities building, BAU cycle of scheduled events)
  • Ongoing development of the AAACE teams project plan
  • Lead the execution of the project to plan
  • Facilitate effective project meetings
  • Monitor project activities and escalate when needed
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Keep knowledge organized and allow accessibility by the team
  • Provide support to P&C Director AAACE Region on key activities and lead on assigned key projects

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience


  • Has worked in the P&C team of a multinational business
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and manage multiple projects
  • Solution oriented
  • Sound relationship-building skills - ability to work collaboratively effectively in a diverse team environment and with different levels of seniority
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with excellent PowerPoint presentations and Excel skills
  • Demonstrate fast, flexible, responsive, and versatile abilities
