As a member of the People & Culture Global Functions team, the role holder is responsible of driving and executing Special projects for the P&C, Global functions area.

The role holder has a deep understanding of the Global Functions remit, P&C performance annual processes and will partner with the P&C BPs and Global COEs to build templates and consistent format/message for all annual processes and P&C annual plans across the Global Functions.

Working closely with the P&C Director - Global Functions, the role will be responsible for driving P&C Projects as part of the P&C Function Transformation programme but also BAU projects.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • ensure all Communications to Global Functions stakeholders (People leaders and Employees) are aligned and consistent (format and content)
  • lead and implement projects for P&C Global functions

Principal Accountabilities

This role supports the P&C Director, Global Functions and P&C BP Team by:

  • Having a good level of understanding of the P&C annual processes and on going initiatives
  • Attending Global COEs webinars to be able to partner with P&C BPs to align a consistent format for cascading initiatives, information, updates to the Global Functions’ stakeholders
  • Preparing drafts to cascade P&C Processes (Actions, timelines, deadlines)
  • Preparing templates/aligned format for the P&C annual plan

Lead and implement projects (Transformation, Change, OD, Continuous improvement, Capabilities)

  • Develop and structure the project plan
  • Lead the execution of the project within plan, resources, and budget
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Monitor project activities  and escalate when needed
  • Budget tracking and management
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Keep knowledge organized and allow accessibility by the team

Provide on-demand support to P&C Director Global functions (i.e.: Develop high-quality slides and reports)

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in an multinational FMCG sector
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
  • Solution oriented and relationship-building skills, including a demonstrated high level of stakeholder service commitment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and with different levels of seniority in the organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Demonstrate fast, flexible, responsive, and versatile abilities
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent orientation to details
