Located in one of our international offices you will join a challenging two-year rotational programme offering you the opportunity to get to know the business from the inside out. 

You will work and learn from other highly talented professionals and help keep a pioneering FTSE 30 company at the forefront of industry change. If you are ready to become a future business leader, this programme will get you there fast.


We are looking for passionate people to help us manage complex future challenges in the tobacco & vaping industry and drive our transformation journey. We are looking for people who have completed their MBAs in the last couple of years or who are due to complete them in 2021. Beyond that, it is all about motivation and mindset. To thrive on this programme, you need to be:

We will be providing a tailor-made development path that maximizes your possibilities for personal growth. An incredible opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of our business as well as numerous outstanding learning & development tools.

Over 2 years, you will complete two or more rotations, each lasting between 6 and 12 months. These could be based at any of our global locations and involve working in anything from marketing to manufacturing and from business transformation to strategy or sales. We will help you identify your potential and build a successful career.
