The role

Responsible to support the Demand Planning colleagues with a variety of analyses to ensure the forecast accuracy, reduce out of stock situations. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the Security Features order management, monthly Sales Forecast Accuracy reporting, Write Off process management and Demand Planning related Product List updates.

Key accountabilities

  • Generate monthly Sales Forecast Accuracy reporting and facilitate review meetings with Demand Planning colleagues including creation and follow up of action items
  • Process owner for Security Features order management (set up, planning, ordering, reconciliation, destruction)
  • Create Write Off Application documentation and ensure write off requests get executed
  • Support the tracking and controlling of finished goods and non-tobacco material stocks of all products
  • Support the monitoring of slow moving and aging stocks and creating action plans with sales functions
  • Support all Supply Chain projects affecting the business portfolio like production relocations, product standardizations, product changes, design- or health warning changes and new product launches from a Demand Planning perspective
  • Central interface with the Commercial Team and other central Global Duty Free & Export functions as well as Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics functions

Skills & experience

Fluent in English

Graduate or 1-2 years’ internship in Finance/Supply Chain/Logistics/Customer Service/Sales

Intermediate level in MS Office (particularly Excel)

Team player with good communication skills who enjoys working in an international environment
