The IT Service Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the global IT services by providing insights into incident and problem management, data analysis and process improvement.
Collaborating with colleagues across the globe and our key strategic vendors this is an exciting role with excellent communication and attention to detail required. This role is ideally suited to someone looking to move into a Service Delivery role. The applicant will have a flexible, pragmatic approach and willing to travel to our European offices.
