The role delivers actionable, commercially-sound recommendations to inform and influence business decision-making within the Cluster, by business partnering with the in-Cluster CCO and/or Sales & Trade function. The role is accountable for delivering insights related to: business planning, performance management, forecasting & brand insights (if a Consumer specialist) and/or sales & trade performance reviews, tactical pricing, trade insights and evaluation (if a Sales & Trade specialist).
This is achieved by combining a deep understanding of the commercial, consumer and regulatory realities within each market in the cluster, with an expert knowledge of relevant insight techniques, in order to drive data lead and consumer focused decision making.
The Cluster Insight Manager within Imperial's Global Insight function, is an Insight Business Partner embedded in and working closely with the Cluster business team, specialising in either Consumer insights and / or Sales & Trade insights.
This role reports to and supports the Cluster Head of Insight, delivering proactive business partnering across markets to meet stakeholders' insight requirements, in accordance with best practice standards and processes.
