Head of Sales Strategy, Europe

As the Head of Sales Strategy for our European Division, you will be tasked with leading the design and development of our future sales strategy. We are looking to bring in an experienced sales leader who will help us revolutionise the way we look at and deliver sales. You will be partnering with our leaders in the markets across Europe to ensure the execution of our best in class sales strategy which you will have developed to drive revenue and market share growth.
Reporting into our European Sales and Marketing Director, you will own the end to end design, development and roll out of a multi-year sales strategy for both B2C and B2B.
You will have a key focus on developing strategies to work with our retailers, both key accounts and independents to drive retailer advocacy for our world-famous brands which include West, Davidoff, JPS and Blu. You will lead a team of direct and indirect reports.
