Fontem Ventures, a subsidiary of Imperial Brands plc is a leader in vaping technology and owns e-vapour brand blu. Headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and with its research & development centre in Liverpool, UK, Fontem Ventures develops and commercialises vaping products under the blu brand.
The Head of Product will build a high performing product development team that support NGP Digital targets with consumer-facing digital products, features and services through best-in-class systems, product expertise and agile cross functional scrum teams in line with the NGP and market commitments.
This role will help NGP Digital realise its global expansion and consumer strategy ambitions, while leading a growing team of digital specialist and capabilities to accelerate its performance. It will do so by aligning stakeholders, directing the product roadmap, prioritising features, building consensus, and coordinating product schedules with wider business. Together with the Head of Digital and Technology this role is responsible for innovation, performance and the global roll-out of markets in the NGP operating model.
The role will be part of the NGP Digital leadership team and will have a direct relationship with Category Directors, CX Leads and relevant marketing leads across the business.
Primary focus areas for the role are technological enablement of Brand and consumer experience (through gap and opportunity mapping) and performance driven program increments (through data driven product management). This role reports directly to the Global Head of Digital and is expected to run a team of Acquire, Convert, Retain Product Team Leads that are responsible to deliver on strategy expectations and roadmaps.
