The Planning and Communications manager develops and implements capacity planning process and tools for Group Science. Leads a small team and ensures compliance with finance and procurement processes for GSRA. Manages the business planning process and its delivery for GSRA.
They also create, lead and implements the Group Science internal communication strategy and builds the internal profile of GSRA. Leads engagement programmes with the GSRA Senior Leadership team to ensure alignment and coordination of change initiatives.
