Here at Imperial Brands, we have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional or Project Manager to join our HR Governance and Programme team, Part of Global HR Operations. The role will be focused around Head Office in Bristol, but with the potential of flexibility to work remotely.
In this key role, you will work closely with a wide spectrum of levels within Imperial Brands, from senior management to individual employees, to improve global ‘Hire to Retire’ processes, governance of these processes and their overall performance. We are seeking an individual who has strong experience of working within a project environment with a good knowledge of HR policies and processes.
Imperial Brands offers a competitive package of salary, bonus scheme, pension and 25 days holiday (with an additional 4 days on top to cover the Christmas period).
