s a part of E2E SC Transformation Programme, a hub in Warsaw has been recently established to centralise SC Planning and Logistic activities. We see a major shift of activities from markets and factories being centralized and a major IS tools supporting the centralized teams in delivering the new and improved ways of working being implemented. We expect to see Warsaw Hub managing planning and execution of Globally production plans, material call offs and replenishment activities in GSC scope in addition to Demand Planning activities.
As Finance Manager for E2E SC, the candidate will be responsible for partnering with all stakeholders in E2E SC based in Warsaw Hub that is expected to manage all the production planning, raw material call offs, write off risks and analysis in addition to demand planning and export operations departments. As the Hub is a new setup in the GSC and RCM area, the position holder need to make sure that all the risks and opportunities have been caught up in advance and partner with E2E SC stakeholders to make sure proactive action plans are implemented.
The position holder will ensure wider E2E SC function achieves its objectives along the P&L (>£200m cost base for Logistics, >£500m for Raw materials) and WC scope (£800m net position) in RCMs and factories additionally work together with the Business improving GSC KPIs
We expect the position holder to also being in close touch and guiding RCMs and Factories through Transformational change as Hub activities will be impacting the results in a matrix P&L setup. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to understand, influence and challenge the business in terms of ways of working to ensure better business outcomes.
Finance Manager will have a strategic focus beyond financial management and analysis. The role will be instrumental in providing financial insights to Warsaw team to identify and drive levers of operational efficiencies in P&L and WC area in their respective area of responsibility at the same time improving the ways of working existing in the current processes.

The ideal candidate should have analytical and financial competence, intellectual curiosity, and comfortable in dealing with Senior Stakeholders. Due to the wide international spread of costs base, position holder should have good level of understanding of Matrix P&L and should be able to proactively develop an extensive network Globally
As part of E2E SC function, this position will be working closely with E2E Planning, Customer Experience, Logistics departments
We expect the position holder having extensive knowledge and experience in Demand and Supply Planning and SC activities in an FMCG environment and know how an effective processes look like.
