You will represent Imperial Brands to retailers and the basis of your collaboration will be to ensure the distribution and presence of our strategic brands and the implementation of cycle activities. In this role you will be in charge of increasing the market shares with your key customers across all channels. You’ll give a logistics support 1 day/week to your colleagues in their area.
Specific Activities: • Measuring/evaluating and adjusting activities in order to achieve activation goals • Offering Sell-in volume activities on ITB focus brands • Compliance check of central deals and annual agreements. • Send regular feedbacks/reports towards the concerned Key Accounts Managers • Advise on optimal stock management (FIFO, optimal stock) • Lead commercial discussions that clearly demonstrate the win-win of your collaboration • 1 day/week help your colleagues in the logistics by delivering free tubes, free gifts and POSM in their area. Main activities: in each call • Executing national sales cycle activities • Building up distribution of our strategic brands to the level of the set targets according to sku priority • Realising 99% Availability by taking retailers along in optimal stock management • Visiting the points of sale as agreed in the cycle objectives (number of visits per day, number of shops per cycle) • Ensuring good data quality in our CRM tool (retail audit, customer data, contracts, market information, ...) • Ensuring optimal product quality (freshness) Ensuring visibility of our brands via the POSM tools offered.
