For our GSC E2E Planning & Supply team in Hamburg, we are looking for a E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator (m/f/d)!
The E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator is coordinating substantial key tasks within and around Imperial’s SAP APO system in terms of administration (e.g. user authorizations, communication, planning schedules, etc.), master data creation (e.g. locations, products, t-lanes etc.), master data cleansing (‘housekeeping’), and interface related monitoring (CIF, Night Chain). Next to delivering 1st level support to business users, part of the role is to deliver SAP APO related user trainings.
The E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator is an integral part of the SC Excellence Team and is managing the daily mandatory routine for the operational business in order to safeguard Imperial’s demand, production planning and replenishment planning processes. Therefore, error handling related to the APO job chain, handling user requests in case errors are detected or general user support from a business perspective will be part of his/her daily routine.
He/she needs to understand business processes and particularly have a solid SAP APO planning knowledge to support the business user on daily basis. The E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator acts as contact between business user, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)/ Process Managers, IT experts and external service providers to monitor and, if applicable, fix process/ technical issues linked to SC planning and their respective systems.
He/she demonstrates an excellent understanding of relevant master and transactional data used within the SC planning applications and related processes in an end-to-end manner.
