Role: Communications Lead - Novo / Transformation programme
Location: Bristol (Flexible – UK with access to Bristol, with flexibility for remote working arrangements also considered).
The role holder leads the Communications workstream for Project Novo, both directly within the programme and indirectly across the whole of Imperial. The Novo programme combines commercial deliverables, operating model changes, restructuring and significant cultural and behavioural change. This role will be instrumental in developing the plan to engage employees with owning and driving that change.
