The Role

We are seeking a Business Process Expert – Market to Cash to join and shape the design and deployment of global processes as part of the Unify Programme within Imperial Brands. • Contribute to the identification of consistent KPIs based on the newly design business processes and support the development and reporting of key metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with our key stakeholders such as Group Financial Control, Global Supply Chain, RCM Commercial teams, Group Internal Controls, Local & GBS Finance ensuring process designs meet their expectations.
  • Provide guidance and deep-dive expertise to stakeholders where required acting as a go-to person for M2C processes.
  • Continuously monitor best practice developments, in particular the enabling technology to support process improvement agenda.
