The Role

We are seeking a Business Process Expert – Market to Cash to join and shape the design and deployment of global processes as part of the Unify Programme within Imperial Brands. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to strengthen our process management capabilities and accelerate journey towards becoming a process-driven organisation.

To enable effective and cost-efficient delivery and management of our processes Imperial Brands launched the Unify Programme aiming to transform and standardise key processes utilising enabling technology (SAP S/4 Hana) across commercial as well as manufacturing business unites.

In this role you will be part of the Unify Programme team of experts leading the design of global processes and their deployment within Imperial Brands, being supported by PwC and other relevant third parties (e.g. SAP).

  • To ensure effective implementation you will build understanding of change impact by gathering data on current operations (e.g. operational metrics, pain points, systems landscape) as well as track business readiness by working with the assigned teams within both CFIN and SAP s4 Hana projects of the Unify Programme.
  • Contribute to the identification of consistent KPIs based on the newly design business processes and support the development and reporting of key metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with our key stakeholders such as Group Financial Control, Global Supply Chain, RCM Commercial teams, Group Internal Controls, Local & GBS Finance ensuring process designs meet their expectations.
  • Provide guidance and deep-dive expertise to stakeholders where required acting as a go-to person for M2C processes.
  • Continuously monitor best practice developments, in particular the enabling technology to support process improvement agenda.
