For our Brand & Consumer Marketing team, we are looking for a Brand Manager (m/f/d).

The role

In the role as Brand Manager (m/f/d) (Combustible Tobacco & Next Generation Products) you are responsible for developing, planning and executing marketing concepts for all categories and channels. On top the role is dedicated to support our successful OND (Oral Nicotine Delivery, nicotine pouches) agenda in regards to social medial and other digital platforms in cooperation with group and local digital agencies along with the Austrian legal requirements. As a competent contact partner (m/f/d), you advice and support our OND Senior Brand Manager in delivering the business plan targets and you report directly to the Head of Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager. The role will cover all categories (Combustible Tobacco, Electronic Vaping Products, Tobacco free nicotine pouches) in Austria and Switzerland.

What are your major duties?

  • Analyse Market figures to monitor success and potentials
  • Create Business Cases, BAP’s (investment application forms), PIDs (product initiative documents) and support on internal presentations, workshops and other business needs
  • Reporting of all executional activities on the given touchpoints
  • Support of Senior Brand Manager on Oral Nicotine Delivery projects
  • Management of agencies (global & local)
  • Sales Cycle Coordination & preparation of field force presentation
  • Website & Social Media content management for relevant categories
  • Legal Check of new initiatives, ideas, campaigns based on local regulatory (CLP, tobacco law, etc.)
  • Evaluate new opportunities for activation touchpoints
  • Budget control of self-owned projects

Who are you?

  • You hold a university degree in the area of Sales & Marketing or related fields
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in the described area
  • Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) and good command of French (desirable)
  • Good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
  • Ability to analyse more complex data sets and translate into opportunities and actions
  • A confident manner and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexible, open, honest and willing mindset
