At Imperial Brands we are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Oosterhout (NL) or Mechelen (BE) team, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing Operations (SMO) Benelux. From your base location, you will travel approx. 1-2 days a week to the other office.
As our Brand Manager, your overall objective is to deliver the brand share, volume, revenue and profit targets for your brand(s). Categories within your focus are Combustibles, like Cigarettes, Roll Your Own Tobacco, Make Your Own Tobacco ,Cigarette Paper and NGP (Vape). You hunt for and assess growth opportunities throughout the year driving continued growth for the brands you are managing within Benelux based on consumer insights and consumer demand shifts. In your role, you drive brand communication and ensure a strong communication drumbeat. You will coordinate and manage brand projects as agreed in the brand plans and ensure alignment within the business via cross-functional teams to deliver all initiatives against the set KPIs, on time and executed with excellence.
