The Role

Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 26,000 employees is looking for a Applied Calculus & Statistics Specialist/Integration Coordinator. You will coordinate and support quality systems integration projects on the Group IT platforms (e.g., PLM), administrate and maintain the quality systems modules on Group IT platforms. Additionally, you will develop quality systems for all combustible products by implementation and maintenance of quality and SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools. Create and update quality system documentation and support Central Functions on creation and development of NGP related quality systems.

Principle Accountabilities

• Project Coordination: Help with integrating quality systems into IT platforms.
• Module Administration: Manage quality modules on IT platforms.
• System Maintenance: Improve and maintain quality systems.
• Document Management: Write and update quality documents (manuals, standards, SOPs, etc.).
• Tool Implementation: Apply and support quality and SPC tools in production.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and report on KPIs to monitor quality.
• Quality Research: Plan and conduct advanced quality data analysis.

Skills and Experience Required

• Very good knowledge of probability theory and combinatorics followed by intermediate knowledge of statistics.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good analytical skills with statistical background and ability to practically interpret information and apply findings.
• Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Science background gained at the university.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
